We just spotted a short mention of Loreto on the OC Register (a web site covering Orange County). The article is a collection of staff picks of favorite places. It seems like Loreto is in world-class company. Some of the other picks include Paris, 
Oahu, Hollywood, Vienna, London, Boston and New York. Not bad!
“Loreto is a tiny town of about 14,000 with fishing and a laid-back attitude.” Fisher says. “The marine life such as whales, dolphins and sea otters dwelling in the nearby Sea of Cortez is incredible.”
It sounds like a broken record, but it’s always nice to hear people – especially travel writers – say great things about Loreto. I sometimes wonder if owning a home in Loreto Bay somehow distorts our reality field. But every time I see the Gigantas, the Sea of Cortez and the striking Baja landscape it is… ahh… (borrowing a word from marketing video) … “stirring”.
