Another conference focused on real estate and resorts in Mexico is scheduled for December. This time it’s the 4th annual Mexico Resort Development Conference. Michael Coyle, a founding partner of Replay Resorts, the operating company comprised of 3 former Intrawest executives that took over the Loreto Bay development last year, is scheduled to speak along with about 20 others. The conference is being held in Carlsbad so there is a chance we’ll head out to get some updates not only on Loreto Bay, but also the mood and plans for resort development in Baja overall.

- Sustainable Resort Development: Building Green – Why It’s Good Business Policy
