SHN has revealed its upcoming 2017/18 season and it looks like another strong line-up of Broadway musicals. See below for the full schedule and details.
Those in and around the San Francisco Bay Area will get a chance to see the new show Something Rotten. Those that missed the riotous The Book of Mormon will have a second opportunity when it returns for a special four-week engagement.
Other highlights include Tony award winning An American in Paris, Disney’s Aladdin, The Color Purple, School of Rock, and Andrew Lloyd Weber’s On Your Feet! (featuring music by Emilio and Gloria Estafan).
Waitress closes out SHN’s season at the Golden Gate Theatre. Developed by an all-female creative team, the production is inspired by Adrienne Shelly’s film Waitress, and features original music and lyrics by 6-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles.
In total, seven Broadway musicals are coming to the SHN Orpheum and Golden Gate Theatre as part of the 2017-2018 SHN season.

This high-octane smash features 14 new songs from ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER and lyricist Gleen Slater, and a book by Julian Fellowes with direction by Laurence Connor.
