Jordan Winery Estate Tour & Tasting Wine Sonoma Wineries Bento

As if you needed another excuse to venture up to wine country…

Organizers today announced that Sonoma County Wine Month (#SCWineMonth) kicks off on October 1, 2018.

What does that exactly mean?

Basically, Sonoma is going to open its arms to you and your family — not that they don’t already, but just throughout October things are really going to be even more welcoming, more entertaining and more and more and more.

Expect not only deals on wine and tastings, but also on special experiences and events and tastings normally reserved for wine members.

Over 425 wineries are based in this beautiful region which sits right next to the Pacific Ocean on one side, and its famous wine neighbor Napa Valley to the East.

With the cooling coastal weather as we head into Fall, now might be a good time to calendar that road trip you’ve been planning. Sonoma County — including hubs like Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg and the town of Sonoma itself — are just North of the San Francisco Bay Area (via Highway 101), making typically for a short 2-4 hour roadtrip depending on where you’re launching from.

Stark Insider hopes to see you this Fall up in wine country!
